Empire has been declared by Cleon of Sylea but not everyone is with him. Scattered throughout the Core Sector are pockets of resistance to his rule, each an empire in their own right. In this campaign length game battle it out either as Cleon to exterminate all external threats to his empire or as one of these Pocket Empires, fighting for your independant existance.
